You may want a home for you and your family to live in and enjoy, you may want the ultimate rental machine, or perhaps you want that weekend cottage to get away to. The construction process doesn’t only include house design; we consider the whole project that incorporates the house and the land together. Each property location has unique characteristics that make it different from other property locations. Some have beautiful views that you want to take advantage of and some have views that they would rather not see. You may have grading considerations and water runoff considerations that need to be addressed or perhaps you have a swimming pool or a sun deck that would benefit from southern exposure. Maybe you have plans to put an addition on in five years or expand your parking for that RV or boat, and you want to be sure you provide for that in the design stages now so you don’t have issues with septic systems, building setbacks or lot coverage in the future.
